Influencing styles : your personal power

This programme is targeted at executives and managers who wish to focus on how to develop, maintain and nurture relationships with clients and colleagues to build trust and value. In particular, the course explores the strengths and development needs of an individual’s management style and how he/she may wish to shift existing and potential client/people relationships.

The course will introduce different frameworks and models to participants (including Heron styles of intervention and the Personal Power model) and will, through the use of a variety of experiential learning methods such as self-assessment, shadow coaching and feedback, enhance the confidence of participants within relationship building and networking skills.
